08-08-2025I’ve eaten five of these Old Wisconsin summer sausages. Not at once (probably). The taste? Consistently delicious. The size? A surprise every time. It’s like a sausage lottery—will it be hefty or humble? Who knows! But I’m not mad.This is my fourth order, which either means I really like it or I’ve become emotionally dependent on cured meat. Either way, these sausages slap.Highly recommend tossing chunks into Suddenly Salad—transforms it from “sad desk lunch” to “Midwest potluck royalty.” Basically, if your pasta salad feels like it needs a sidekick with smoky vibes and mysterious sizing, this is it.

08-08-2025The taste is pretty good but the texture is a bit grainy with a lot of moisture. I bought three of them, and they were used as packing material for the other item I ordered, I guess to save on packing peanuts. Overall I'm happy with the product and would buy it again.
