09-08-2025So far so good the windows system is different than I was used to, but I managed to transfer everything over, but beware if you get the added insurance it is NOT an hp care pack.

09-08-2025Purchase new. HP crap. Spending more time on HP customer support than surfing the web. Slowest computer I have ever owned. Latest problem is can't wake up from sleep mode. Don't waste your money.
