24-10-2025We love Gatorade especially in the summer but honestly the yellow ones aren't that great. If they can swap the yellow out of this variety pack the value would be great. The do have sugar and you certainly need to watch the calories if you drink them often but they are no worse than any other soft drinks and the electrolytes are beneficial. Out of this variety Red is our clear favorite.

24-10-2025Tastes great. Sometimes water is a little too boring. Also, had a few surgeries and doc recommended I drink Gatorade instead of water to maintain hydration. He said it also helps with anesthesia recovery.
