You get the sense that someone actually tested these in a real kitchen.There’s more variety here—comfort food staples, a few brunch gems, and even some surprising semi-gourmet twists.Snoop’s charm is still front and center, but it doesn’t overwhelm the food. It complements it.Compared to Goon to Spoon:Goon to Spoon felt more like a novelty or gag gift—fun, but not something you’d rely on to cook a full meal every night.From Crook to Cook is much more usable as a cookbook. It's still beginner-friendly, but with better structure and more consistent results.That said, it’s still not a culinary masterclass—but that’s not the point.
