It is easy to carry with you as it comes individually packed. It makes it easy to store in your bag to be ready to use. It is leak proof. I usually use one per day. It is not sticky and keep your nipples dry. It doesn’t crumble up with u open the braw to breastfeed like other ones do. It is for sure my favorite nursing pads. Highly recommend it.
