08-08-2025When I’m in a hurry and don’t have time to sit down and have a nutritious breakfast or lunch, this is great. The protein content is excellent and the taste is great. It’s a wonderful supplement at a great price and so much better than a sugary or salty snack to tide you over until lunch or dinner.

08-08-2025Why did you pick this product vs others?:Boost is my favorite high protein drink. I have one or two each day to supplement my diet. It helps keep me going due to some health issues. I've been using it for a few years now. It tastes great and I love the chocolate flavor !! I subscribe to it monthly by the case, toss a few bottles in the fridge and have one in the morning, another in the afternoon, good to go !! Whatever the doc says. It's a great value for my money. Boosts my energy level or something. lol. Unlike some others I've tried, Boost actually tastes great with no yuky aftertaste. It's a chocolate treat. Oh, and It's delivered right to my door once a month. How great is that! :)

08-08-2025This is by far the best tasting meal replacement drink I have ever had. I’ve literally bought it 65 times on Amazon as of now (and 40+ of the chocolate version). This high protein with fiber one tastes better than the regular version (for whatever reason).I’ve lived off of this drink several times. I have ARFID and need drinks like this to get my nutrients and my bloodwork has been perfect since I started drinking these. I had iron deficiency anemia forever also until these. I do drink 2-3 a day, so if you drink one every once in awhile I’m not sure if it would make too much of a difference, vitamin/mineral-wise.Absolutely love and will buy again and again. My only complaint is that boxes frequently come with dented drinks and I have no idea why. I’ve had several refunded because of this and it’s super irritating.
