09-08-2025Can't complain for $10. Definitely worth it. The cards are easy to understand and take the thought out of working out. No more trying to figure out what to do. My only complaint is that a couple of the cards require other equipment like a pull up bar or tilted bench. I dont have those at home.

09-08-2025I like the size, instructions, info on the muscle groups each exercize effects and suggested reps based your abilities. I wish the box was more suited for removing and replacing the cards back in. Frustrating, so I don't use the box but a rubber and instead.
